Announcement for Registration of New Students (Deferred Batch – 2024)

The Academic Secretariat announces the start of registration procedures for new students as follows:

  1. Online registration will begin by filling out the registration form on the university website through the following link starting from Thursday, March 12, 2026:
    student.mahdi.edu.sd
  2. The username to log into the system is the admission form number with 24 added to it, for example:
    125487824
    The password is 123456.
  3. An explanatory video about the electronic registration process is available on the university’s Facebook page at the following link:

  4. Medical examination and completion of registration at the university faculties will begin from Sunday, March 29, 2026, until Saturday, April 11, 2026.
  5. In-person classes will start in all faculties from Sunday, April 12, 2026.

Registration Requirements

  1. Three (3) recent passport-size photographs.
  2. A copy of an identification document (National Number, Passport, or National ID card).
  3. A copy of the Secondary School Certificate.
  4. Payment of 50% of the total fees (registration fees + tuition fees) according to the approved fees for each program.
  5. The detailed fees for each program can be found on the faculty notice boards.
