Abstract

Mobile libraries represent an innovative solution for enhancing access to knowledge in rural and remote areas, where these populations face significant challenges in reaching traditional libraries due to geographical and economic factors. In this context, this study seeks to develop a planning framework for establishing a mobile library at the House of Culture (Bayt Al-Thaqafa) in Dammam, which serves as the public library for diverse community segments. The research aims to provide a comprehensive vision for the implementation of this project, encompassing logistical, technical, and financial planning, in addition to examining its anticipated impact on the beneficiaries
