The Impact of Administrative Leadership Styles on Human Resources Management: A Case Study of the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. - Khartoum (2012–2017). Objectives: This study aimed to identify the impact of various administrative leadership styles (Democratic, Autocratic, and Laissez-faire) on Human Resources Management (HRM) within the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. in Khartoum. The study employed a descriptive-analytical and inductive approach, alongside the case study and historical methods. A questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection. The study population consisted of 630 employees, and 215 questionnaires were distributed to a purposive sample. A total of 202 valid questionnaires were retrieved (94% response rate), while 13 questionnaires (6%) were not returned. The results revealed that the human element is of paramount importance in activating the company's activities through continuous performance development and training. Furthermore, the company was found to provide necessary tasks, work aids, and facilitated training and qualification programs for its human resources. The study recommends enhancing employees' self-confidence and fostering a sense of organizational justice, which positively impacts job satisfaction. Additionally, it suggests strengthening employees' decision-making skills by integrating them into specialized training programs focused on decision-making and problem-solving techniques
