Abstract

This study aims to highlight the importance of the role of Human Resource Management in achieving institutional excellence at the Social Security Fund - Western Branch in Benghazi. The study employed the descriptive-analytical method, along with personal interviews with specialists, in addition to a questionnaire whose items were formulated with reference to a number of previous studies and literature. 50 questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of male and female employees at the Social Security Fund - Western Branch in Benghazi, and 50 questionnaires were retrieved. The questionnaires were then analyzed using appropriate statistical methods.
