**The Deanship of Scientific Research Organizes a Training Course on Scientific Paper Writing**
As part of the university's ongoing efforts to enhance the research skills of its faculty members and researchers and to improve the quality of scientific output, the Deanship of Scientific Research organized a training course today on scientific paper writing for a number of faculty members. The course was held in the Training Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
The opening session was attended by the University Director, **Professor Mohamed Mahdi Bukhari**, the Dean of the Deanship of Scientific Research, **Professor Khidr Al-Tayeb**, as well as a number of university faculty members and researchers. In his opening remarks, the University Director emphasized the importance of scientific research as one of the fundamental pillars for the development of universities and the enhancement of their academic standing. He also praised the role of the Deanship of Scientific Research in organizing training programs that contribute to improving the competencies of faculty members and researchers.
For his part, the Dean of the Deanship of Scientific Research explained that the organization of this training course is part of the Deanship's strategic plan to strengthen research capacity and equip researchers with the skills needed to prepare scientific papers in accordance with internationally recognized academic and methodological standards. He noted that this would enhance researchers' opportunities to publish in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
The training course was delivered by Professor Al-Mahdi Musa**, Professor of Econometrics at Bakht Al-Ruda University**. During the session, he covered several key topics, including the fundamentals of scientific paper writing, selecting a research topic, applying appropriate scientific methodology, and best practices for preparing research papers for publication.
The course was attended by a number of university faculty members, who commended the quality of the training and emphasized the importance of continuing such professional development programs to strengthen the culture of scientific research and promote academic excellence within the university.
