- To prepare and organize the carnival annual graduation ceremony at the university
- To coordinate with stakeholders within and outside the university regarding the graduation ceremony
- To develop modern plans for the graduation carnivals
- To keep all the Covenant relating to the graduation carnival
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the Director of Administration
