The College of Community Development is the basement of the University in the White Nile State community, next to the University of vital functions in teaching and scientific research and production service.

College focused in this period on a slide women and teaching them the skills necessary to the practice of some small industries. And College beside training for women in the college laboratories and workshops are also training through courses designed by the college during the year and limited according to criteria such as the provision of raw materials and market requirements and other factors that contribute to the resettlement of small industries.
