The department of jurisprudence at the college of sharia and law was created in the year 2004 as a result of the workshop by the Faculty of Sharia law in the same year.
Department Objectives
- Identify the significance of words from religious texts
- clarify the meanings of legal terms
- Identifying the clear, vague, general, specific and common terms and stand on their implications
